		<description>This moves me to Ignatius ideas of living on the continuum between consolation and desolation, always moving toward one or the other, always in states of need or giving.

The via affirmativa of the ancients says to "celebrate the Presence;" the via negativa to "mourn the absence."

Each has its place, and its moment, in our days.
